Toby Ziegler and Sam Seaborn: The West Wing
These speechwriters have one of the best complementary bromances in tv history. They combined to draft passionate and powerful State of Union Addresses for three years until Sam left to go fight a hopeless battle for congress. While the whole West Wing team was one of the best ensembles ever, sharing a common dream and working together for Bartlett, Toby and Sam were closer than the rest. I still think the reason Toby never warmed up to Will was simply because he was Sam’s replacement.
